We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager to support and lead client-facing strategic initiatives. The role combines structured problem-solving, business analysis, stakeholder management, and compelling communication to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations. Depending on seniority, the position may also involve leading workstreams, managing junior consultants, and facilitating client workshops.

Responsibilities

• ● Conduct business, market, quantitative, and qualitative analysis to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and commercial initiatives.

• ● Translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations and actionable next steps.

• ● Develop executive-level presentations and compelling storylines using PowerPoint.

• ● Lead or participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

• ● Manage defined project workstreams and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely

  execution.

• ● Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate assumptions and refine

  recommendations.

• ● Identify business and commercial opportunities through structured analysis.

• ● Prepare quantitative analyses and financial summaries using advanced Excel.

• ● At Associate Manager level, lead workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and

  support project planning and delivery.

  Requirements

• ● 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, Transformation, or similar roles.

• ● Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• ● Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• ● Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.

• ● Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

• ● Ability to operate independently and manage project deliverables.

• ● Advanced English proficiency.

• ● Associate Manager-level candidates should have proven experience in workstream/team leadership and mentoring.
