How we work: first candidates in 5 days, one fixed fee

  1. Intro email. Write to us with the role, preferred country and timeline. We reply within one business day to get to know you and set up a call.

  2. Role definition. We agree on the profile, seniority, salary range and our fixed fee. You know the total cost before we start.

  3. First shortlist in 5 days or less. You receive vetted candidates with our notes on skills, English level and motivation.

  4. Interviews, offer and follow-up. We coordinate interviews, support the offer and stay in touch after the hire starts.

Pricing: one fixed fee per hire, agreed upfront. Not a percentage of salary.

How fast can you present candidates?
Usually within 5 days of agreeing on the role, often sooner. We recruit from a network of 50,000+ IT professionals in Latin America.

How much does it cost?
One fixed fee per hire, agreed before the search starts. It is not a percentage of the candidate's salary.

Can you hire outside Argentina and Brazil?
Yes. Argentina and Brazil are our focus, and we also recruit in Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile and the rest of Latin America.

Do candidates speak English?
We assess English level in every interview and share it in our notes. Most of our placements work daily in English with US and European teams.

Do you handle contracts and payroll?
We focus on recruiting. We can advise on hiring models (contractor, EOR or local entity) and introduce you to partners for payroll and compliance.
