Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Manager / Managing Consultant to lead complex client engagements, drive high-impact strategic recommendations, and partner with senior and C-level stakeholders. This role will own end-to-end program delivery, coordinate multiple workstreams, shape strategic direction, and develop consulting teams while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and transformation engagements and coordinate multiple workstreams.

• Manage senior client relationships and engage with C-level stakeholders.

• Develop evidence-based strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations.

• Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.

• Manage project risks, priorities, timelines, and delivery.

• Support commercial discussions, proposals, and identify account growth opportunities.

• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.

• Drive executive storytelling and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Partner with clients to translate strategy into actionable transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Strategy, Management Consulting, Transformation, or related experience.

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and multiple workstreams.

• Strong executive stakeholder management, including C-level interaction.

• Excellent strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.

• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.

• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with limited oversight.

• Advanced English proficiency.
