Business Experimentation – Consultant / Managing Consultant

Summary

We are seeking a Business Experimentation Consultant / Managing Consultant to use data, experimentation, and analytics to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on designing measurement approaches, analyzing experiment results, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. At the Managing Consultant level, the role will also lead client engagements, shape analytical approaches, and mentor consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and support experiment frameworks and measurement plans to test business hypotheses.

• Conduct business and data analysis to identify opportunities and evaluate experiment impact.

• Extract, validate, and analyze data to ensure accurate and reliable results.

• Analyze experiment outcomes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Develop client-facing presentations, visualizations, and data stories.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and priorities.

• Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical audiences.

• Monitor experiment outcomes and business KPIs.

• At Managing Consultant level, lead analytics and experimentation workstreams, manage client relationships, and mentor consultants.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analytics, Strategy Analytics, Experimentation, Decision Science, or related areas.

• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.

• Direct experience with experimentation and measurement.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Ability to extract, validate, and report on data.

• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.

• Client-facing experience and ability to present recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Managing Consultant-level candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience and proven leadership/mentoring experience.
