We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong experience in machine learning, data engineering, and backend development to design and deploy next-generation AI agentic solutions.

About the Role

The AI Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven features and automation systems. The position requires deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and backend/API development — with a focus on scalability, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems leveraging large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and RAG-based workflows.

• Build scalable AI pipelines and backend components in Python, integrating with internal and external APIs.

• Architect and implement multi-agent systems coordinating LLM interactions for complex tasks.

• Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to embed intelligent features and enable automated workflows across the company’s platforms.

• Optimize LLM prompt performance, track quality metrics, and refine strategies using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.

• Fine-tune open-source or proprietary LLMs to improve context relevance and task accuracy.

• Design and maintain efficient data retrieval systems for RAG pipelines, including indexing and knowledge base integration.

• Ensure strong observability, monitoring, testing, and evaluation processes for AI agents in production environments.

• Write clean, maintainable, modular code and contribute to code quality through reviews and best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for AI agents, services, and workflows.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in AI development (experience in digital/content platforms is a plus but not required).

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend/web development.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic/LLM frameworks (LangSmith is a plus).

• Experience building multi-agent systems.

• Experience with RAG pipelines and fine-tuning of LLM models.

• Experience monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing LLM prompt performance.

• 2+ years of experience as a backend developer.

• Solid understanding of horizontal scalability and distributed system design.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, well-structured code.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and code review processes.

• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and writing optimized queries.

• Understanding of A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with FastAPI.

• Experience writing automated tests in Python.
