🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior SDET (Remote | USD | Full-Time | Long-Term) Bloom Talent Partners

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead and scale test automation strategies for cutting-edge healthcare applications. If you’re passionate about quality, automation, and GenAI-driven workflows, this is your chance to make an impact! 💡

🌎 Location: Remote (Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica)

đź’Ľ Type: Full-Time | Long-Term

đź’µ Compensation: USD

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design and maintain automated test suites for UI and APIs

Build UI automation using Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or Cypress

Develop API tests (REST & GraphQL) with Postman or C#

Validate Docker-based AI components and MCP integrations

Test Azure authentication flows (Service Principals & MSIs)

Generate synthetic healthcare test data using SQL & GenAI 🤖

Ensure data pipeline integrity (Oracle → Postgres via Kafka)

Apply BDD/TDD to build scalable test frameworks

Run performance & load tests (JMeter, Locust, k6) ⚡

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot issues

✅ What We’re Looking For

4+ years as SDET or similar role

Strong experience with C# test automation

Expertise in UI & API testing

Hands-on with Docker, MCP, and GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Solid SQL skills (Oracle, Postgres)

Experience with OAuth2 & Azure authentication flows

Knowledge of testing principles & frameworks (BDD/TDD)

🌟 Nice to Have

Azure & Azure DevOps experience

Familiarity with HIPAA / healthcare compliance 🏥

Exposure to AutoGen or agentic AI testing frameworks
