🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Android Developer (Kotlin) – Remote | USD | Fintech

We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to join a growing Fintech company and lead the development and evolution of our Android application. This role is key to delivering secure, high-quality mobile features while improving engineering standards, CI practices, and overall code quality.

🌎 Location: Remote — Argentina & Brazil only
💵 Compensation: Paid in USD
🗣 English: B2 / C1 required

🔧 What you’ll do

• Design and build new Android features using Kotlin

• Write clean, maintainable code following OOP principles and design patterns

• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver great mobile experiences

• Lead and participate in code reviews

• Build and maintain automated tests and contribute to CI pipelines

• Optimize performance using strong algorithms and data structures knowledge

• Drive development through the full Android lifecycle in an agile environment

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Strong experience with Android development using Kotlin

• Deep understanding of the Android SDK

• Solid knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and OOP

• Experience delivering products through the full Android lifecycle

• Experience troubleshooting performance, stability, and security issues

• Experience with automated testing and CI practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
